At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Ha camere con vista sul canale, due bagni con doccia entrambi con finestra, ampio soggiorno e cucina luminosa. Io vivo nella stessa casa in un appartamento separato, al piano superiore. Sarà un piacere aiutarvi in caso di necessità. Il patio è per me e ospiti.

The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

This flat is in Castello, the unique real, green and characteristic "Sestriere" of Venice; we finished to restore it on 2017, respecting in the furniture both the Venitian tradition both the design of 70/80 (Cassina, Flos, Foscarini, Castiglioni and Carlo Scarpa). The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.
