Family-friendly vacation rentals in Granada

The view of the Alhambra from the terrace was unforgettable and a highlight of our trip. Overall, the apartment was clean and in good condition. It was also a pleasure to meet Pedro who lives nearby and was very friendly and eager to help. During our trip in June, the temperatures were very hot. Fortunately, the air conditioner is strong, but is only on the main level. All of the bedrooms have fans which was very helpful. The upper bedroom was very warm during the afternoon, but cooled down with the windows open after the sun set. We had no problems with taxis. One dropped us at the front door. Another dropped us a two minute walk down the street.

L'appartement est un véritable bijou, plein de charme et d'authenticité, reflétant parfaitement l'atmosphère de Grenade. La décoration est soignée et faite avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Grâce aux précieux conseils de Richard, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre visite et découvrir des endroits merveilleux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommanderons cet endroit sans hésitation. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

My family really enjoyed our stay here while in Granada. The location was great. Very close to the city center and the Granada Cathedral. And Fani's place had plenty of room for my family of five to spread out. Everyone got their own room! And the kids loved having a private elevator that went right up to the penthouse. We also made great use of the large patio space. Check in was super easy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. If we ever make it back to Granada again, we would definitely choose to stay here.

Ja, es war super in diesem schönen Apartment! Wir haben es sehr genossen. Nachts konnte man die vorbeilaufenden Leute hören... ich fand es nicht schlimm, es ist mitten in der Stadt und es war einfach schön dort! :-)

BEAUTIFUL home! I can’t say enough about how wonderful the space was — the private elevator / entrance was a fine touch — and the terraces (yes, multiple) were so lovely and beautiful views all around. Everything was clear and well-communicated. The location is perfect - super walkable and located near lots of great local restaurants / bars. Really good vibes. I wish this were my home!

José was a fantastic host and the apparent was wonderful. It has an incredible view of the Alhambra and is in the old town area so really nice to walk around and explore. There are a lot of small steps on the road getting to the apartment so keep in mind if you had difficultly with carrying luggage. Only positive things to say about the place—would highly recommend!

Jorge is one of the best airbnb hosts I have ever had! He went above and beyond to greet us with beer, helped us park and took the time to show us the best restaurants and things to see on a map! Super responsive and very kind, I can't wait to return!

A tradional style of apartment but very comfortable and lovely outside space. The pool was amazing amd lots of places to sit in the garden. lovely private covered courtyard with table to eat at. The host was very generous with a bus pass and collecting us from our train etc. The house is about 20 minutes walk from supermarket and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Todo muy limpio y muy agradable. Andrés muy simpatico y atento. La zona muy buena, tiene de todo en los alrededores.

O apartamento esta bem localizado para que está de carro. É possível descolar-se ao centro de Granada em bus em 20 minutos e ao mesmo tempo a Alhambra está a 15 minutos em carro. Há um Hiper Carrefour há 5 minutos andando, restaurantes, farmácia, etc. O apartamento é moderno e bem equipado, há uma piscina comunitária agradável, dois quartos e dois banheiros. Muito confortável para uma visita a Granada viajando em coche.

Viaje en familia, con niños y mascotas, celebrando una ocasion especial. Todo estaba listo a nuestra llegada, con cuna y trona tal y como habiamos solicitado. La comunicacion con los anfitriones ha sido cercana y atenta. La villa está muy bien equipada y la zona es muy tranquila y cercana a Granada centro. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Gracias!!

Logement charmant dans un petit village tranquille près de Grenade (environ 20 minutes de voiture)! Parfait pour relaxer en dehors de la grande ville! La jolie cours avec vu sur les montagnes et la piscine pour se rafraîchir à été un coup de coeur! Les lits sont très confortables! Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins! Joaquin est venu nous chercher en ville pour nous accompagner plus facilement à la maison et avec son épouse nous on expliquer la maison! Ils sont très discret!

While Granada itself was not our cup of tea, this stay was a beautiful oasis. It was perfect for our needs, and the views from the windows were incredible--especially at night.

To był niesamowity pobyt! Dom jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach albo i nawet piękniejszy. Przestronne wnętrze urządzone z miłością. Duży ogród i dwa tarasy. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, a w środku czekały na nas smakołyki przygotowane przez gospodarza. Carmen jest bardzo ciepłą przyjazną osobą. Pomogła nam ze wszystkim, pokazała dom i lokalne atrakcje. Najlepszy Airbnb! Polecam każdemu. Dodatkowo mogliśmy zostawić walizki i odebrać je dopiero popołudniu! :)

Teresa a été réactive à notre arrivée dans le logement. J’avais mal lu les instructions et elle m’a aidé à accéder au logement sans problème. Dommage que nous ne voyons plus les hôtes la plupart du temps. Il y a moins de contact. Logement bien placé pour accéder aux principales activités. Le plus est le garage où nous avons pu garer notre moto, à 50m.

Asun’s apartment is in a fantastic location right near the Pomegranate Gates of the Alhambra complex which is an uphill walk but so beautiful. Close to everything you might need, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, plazas, shopping and site seeing. The apartment is comfortable and very spacious, including the bathroom and seperate kitchen and dining/living area. Well equipped kitchen, if you felt like cooking. Real plants and well considered decor make this home a standout. We did go to the terrace during the day, its rustic and peaceful with an amazing view but is a challenge to get to, steps are narrow, steep, rocky and many .. we decided once was enough after the days heat -34C at 8pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Granada and would highly recommend Asun’s home to family and friends.

El alojamiento es fantástico para visitar Granada, en el centro y muy bien ubicado para ver la ciudad. Está muy nuevo y muy agradable, reformado recientemente. Las camas muy cómodas, el baño estupendo. Tiene una terracita muy agradable desde la que se ve el Albaicin. Daniel muy amable, nos dejó quedarnos toda la mañana del día de salida para aprovechar la mañana. Un apartamento muy recomendable, volvería allí sin duda.

Overall I had a great stay at Agueda's apartment, the location is spectacular with the view over the city and surrounds. The apartment was clean with all listed amenities. I was there during the Spanish power cut and Agueda - who lives above the apartment - was very kind and provided a candle and some food since it was impossible to cook or buy any without cash. One thing to be aware of, the apartment isn't as private as suggested. The lounge windows open onto an interior patio, the listing says it is just your space, but people from both the flats above passed through regularly as they have a workshop there, so it's not really an area to relax in. When in the lounge it doesn't feel especially private unless you close the curtains, which kind of gives the feel of being in an annexe in someone's house. I feel bad mentioning it as Agueda was very kind, but feel this is an important detail. Whether that bothers you is probably personal, it is a nice space in a gorgeous location.
