It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Almuñécar – the cozy place that still feels authentically Spanish. One of the main reasons why we ourselves lost our heart to Almuñécar. Our charming, older apartment is in the heart of everything: right by the beach, the San Miguel castle, Botanical Garden and kid’s playground. You have restaurants, shopping, activities everywhere and still the area feels secluded and away from the main action. Fully installed air condition and heating in all rooms. We are on the third floor. No lift.

Excellent beachfront house

House in private urbanization, with direct access to the beach Marina Playa, 200 meters from the Puerto Marina del Este. Three-story house with three large terraces and four bedrooms. Excellent ocean and mountain views, a pool, and private community parking in the same development. The pool season is from June 1 to September 15, and the hours are from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The house has a private WiFi network, Movistar Plus, and a security system.

It is located in the center of the village with the beach just a few meters away ,ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all amenities very close by. Casa Kylie is located in the pedestrian part of the old town up near the castle in Almuñécar perfectly located within 10 mins walk you can be on the beach in townhall square at the bus station and you have 100s of restaurants and bars close by. You cannot park near the house and please note the walk home to the house is short from town centre but very steep and not for everybody.

Our charming newly renovated house is located in the heart of Almuñécar, a short walk from the shopping and restaurant area and a 5-minute walk from the beach, but at the same time very quiet. We try to take care of every detail for your comfort, we look forward to your visit! IMPORTANT to note, access by streets not suitable for people with limited mobility or wheelchairs.
