The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colors and original artwork are combined with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-pane windows overlooking the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and TV. The living room has direct access to the first terrace, with a dining table and chairs. Views from the terrace of the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essential high-quality utensils and major appliances. Highlights: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two beds. Each of the double rooms has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm - US queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in closets and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool tub, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing, and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, is the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year long (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a nice swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

The Cortijo del Pino is an accommodation in an authentic 19th-century Andalusian farmhouse located in the Granada valley, three km from the city. It houses four apartments of different capacities: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón, distributed in the old agricultural units of the farmhouse. The Torreón house is culminating in the building. A bright duplex with a kitchen, private terrace, and excellent views. It is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.

All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Great apartment in the backyard of my house. You will have a private terrace to enjoy magnificent views of Granada. We are in the center of Granada at the foot of the Albaicin. A 7-minute walk to the cathedral. A 3-minute walk to the bus or taxi stop. A 10-minute walk to Plaza de San Nicolás. A 20-minute walk to the entrance of the Alhambra. You have to climb stairs to get to the house. But that will make you enjoy silence and tranquility.

La Solanilla, a dreamy Andalusian farmhouse

The house's greatest attraction is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is only a half-hour drive away. Regarding pets, they are allowed but for an additional charge of €40 per pet, payable separately from the reservation; please check with the hosts.
