Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Absolutely beautiful & pristine place with quality cookware which we appreciated. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. Parking right out front! Only complaint was that living room area was extremely small. Location was perfect - 5 minutes to town, less than 15 minutes to Zugspitze, Eibsee, Partnach Gorge. Perfect for a family!

We had a wonderful time with Maria in Geißach! The lovingly developed Alpine-style hut is a real gem – very well maintained, cozy and idyllically located at the end of a hermitage. We particularly liked the quiet location on the mountain, surrounded by orchards, where you can relax in the shade and watch the calves. The amenities were excellent, especially for our little son: baby travel cot, high chair and even a stair gate – everything was available and in top condition. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Aldi or DM in a few minutes by car, and the surroundings also offer many beautiful excursion options. Maria was a very warm host, who makes you feel welcome immediately. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time with Theresa in Pfronten! The place was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful host who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with beautiful views of the mountains and lots of excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

A great place, beautiful cosy house, close to the train station (2 min walk) that gets you to both Garmisch Classic and Zugspitze. Great host. Would love to ho again.

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was just too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We had a wonderful stay at Christiane and Istvan's bungalow. The place was clean and very well equipped – especially the kitchen left nothing to be desired and offered everything you need. Istvan was an extremely friendly and helpful host, who makes you feel welcome immediately. The location is also ideal. We would recommend the place at any time and would be happy to come back!

The location is perfect. We were close to the station to bring us to Eisbee Lake. It was also had some great hiking right out the back door. Great view of the mountains!

We felt totally comfortable from the first moment. The reception was super warm. The apartment was clean, modern, lovingly decorated, cozy. Parking right in front of the door, supermarket within 5 minutes. Everything worked out for us. We would come back anytime :) !

A spectacular place, Till is very friendly, always has a good disposition and tries to be aware of the needs of his guests, super open to communication and has very good recommendations for activities to do, but what made it special was the treatment he gave my 3 dogs, he took excellent care of them and as it was raining when we arrived, he had towels ready to dry them.

We spent very nice time in this cosy appartment. The space is suitable for a pair or couple of friends. The owner is very helpful and friendly. My best recommendations!

Alberto's place was wonderful! Located in a quiet residential area, it was nonetheless close to anything you would need in the Garmisch-Partenkirch area. It is conveniently located to so many things you can do, both in Germany and just across the Austrian border. The attic apartment was large and pretty much had everything you would ever need. There wasn't anything that we lacked for. The apartment was clean and up to date with modern appliances. The parking was tight, but it is what it is. Just be careful and you will have no issues. Finally, Alberto invited me down for a cappuchino to discuss questions I had about the train system in Austria and Germany. He was very friendly, informative and always helped with anything we asked for. He often provided a demonstration of how things worked in his unit. I feel this personal touch sets Alberto apart from most hosts and made things much easier than constantly messaging over email or via the phone. I would highly recommend.

Loved staying at Marcel’s apartment. I have been to Garmisch many times and this was one of the best places yet. The yard for my pup Brody was great, he got a chance to hang in the sun yesterday. Very peaceful and quiet. Walkable to Both Partikirchen and Garmisch. Easy to walk to nearby trails. Highly would recommend and would stay again if available.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. Christina and her family offer a truly lovely stay. The location is perfect — peaceful and serene, yet just a short drive from some of the most beautiful sights in the German Alps. Staying here felt like being in a cozy alpine cabin. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, perfect for a quick meal after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was enjoying dinner on the balcony while watching the sun set over the mountains. While there's no AC, with the skylights open (just don’t forget to close them before you head out!), a gentle summer breeze keeps the space cool and comfortable in the evenings. Everything feels fresh here — even the birds seem extra cheerful, singing every morning. Parking was easy, and Christina was proactive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for rest, nature, and a welcoming home base in the Alps.

We stayed there 12 days on summer vacation in the pre-season. The apartment is perfectly equipped, lovingly furnished and from the private terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. By bike or car, an ideal location for activities in all 4 directions. Simone was very friendly, unobtrusive and gave us some tips. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment.

Super great apartment in the heart of GaPa. Everything is quick to reach, clean, very cozy, there was nothing missing. Baker, butcher and restaurants all nearby. Four days when we didn't need the car

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast overlooking the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely comfortable – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, it was even possible for us to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: “Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?” I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
