The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We were very warmly welcomed to the accommodation. The cottage has a distinctive charm. The huge trees immediately brought peace and relaxation. We would love to come back.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. The property is immaculate, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. We were fortunate to enjoy glorious spring weather, which made relaxing on the lovely patio after a day of sightseeing even more delightful. I just returned from an incredible stay at the stunning chalet Alp11 in heart of Garmisch, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern and stylish design. Everything felt fresh, clean, and meticulously maintained. The location was absolutely ideal. Being right in the downtown area meant we were just a short, pleasant walk away from everything! We easily explored the charming shops, enjoyed meals at local restaurants, and even hopped on the train at the nearby station for day trips. It truly couldn't have been more convenient. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable, and perfectly located base for exploring the beauty of Bavaria, look no further. This Airbnb is a true gem, and we can't wait to return! We stayed there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. You can linger and have conversations at the kitchen table. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Thank you very much, dear Sasa!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The property was extremely well-furnished with modern, high-end technology throughout. The outdoor yard was a highlight—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The home had every amenity we could have asked for and more. It’s located in a lovely town and a beautiful area, making it the perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

Stefanie was a wonderful host! The area was beautiful. Our family of 5 did great here. Beautiful home and large main bathroom. Our daughter uses a wheel chair and everything worked out great. Would stay here again. Close to everything. We had a car and was able to go into Munich and also drive to various castles and Salzburg. She’s a perfect host!

It was a very pleasant stay with Katja. She gave us good tips for excursions. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable with the stove in the house. The place is very quiet and you don't have long drive times to excursions.

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

The accommodation was incredibly beautiful – modernly furnished, with cozy chalet charm and an incredibly beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was super clean, very spacious and incredibly cozy. We felt very comfortable and were certainly not there for the last time!

We were immediately thrilled at the entrance to the village and at the first sight of the beautiful panorama & remained so until the end! The mountains and lake are simply magnificent and beautiful here. The apartment has a great kitchen and a great bathroom, everything as described! The balcony also offers plenty of space, but there is sometimes a lot of traffic on the street, which can make it a little louder. The associated terrace with garden offers plenty of space and we have always found a sunny or shady spot. It was a pity for us that a high chair was listed in the amenities, which unfortunately did not exist. But Antje immediately offered that we could get one at her expense. We didn't want to take the time for that, but it was still a nice gesture. Communication with Antje was always very straightforward, friendly and reliable :) A great vacation!!

Great apartment in a very good location with beautiful views of the mountains. Good is the connection to the aparthotel with swimming pool, indoor playground, ordering service for rolls and food. Very nice hostess.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, corresponds exactly to the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the adjacent hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to share the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he refunded us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

Wonderful stay! Firstly Christina was super responsive and helpful in every way. The property was even more wonderful than described. One of the best places we have ever stayed in. We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price – very convenient! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden could be used completely, including toys for the little ones – a great extra! Overall, a completely successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked, it’s in a perfect location. Easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the town. It’s close to the area attractions. The host was so great. She came to collect the tourist tax and while she was there she clarified the recycling information and offered to show us where to find the laundry. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Andreas was very kind. He and other contacts were always available and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. We lacked nothing. The dog was also welcome and could let off steam in the small courtyard. Opposite is a small, very good bakery. A supermarket is also a 10-minute walk away. Andreas' place is highly recommended.

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

The place is a little smaller than it appears in the photos, but perfectly fine if you're coming alone or as a couple. It’s dog-friendly, though I’d only recommend it for smaller dogs - ours is 23kg and it felt a bit cramped with him. Everything was very clean and nicely presented. The location is excellent; on a quiet, peaceful street with beautiful views, yet less than a 10-minute walk to the centre, where there’s plenty to do and all the local amenities you might need. Tastefully decorated throughout. Really loved our stay here, thank you!

This is one of the best AirBnB locations we’ve ever stayed in…we had an awesome corner room with huge views of Zugspitze Mountain and the whole valley. It was breathtaking! And the apartment itself was bright and cheerful, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had on our current trip. Fresh bread was available every morning. We had everything we needed to stay in and rest (which we badly needed to do). The location is great; close to mountains and castles, a quaint little town with everything at hand. Finally, you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. Highly recommend!!

We booked Peter's apartment for three nights for three people. The location in the middle of Garmisch was perfect, as was the division into two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The apartment was very cozy, typical of the country, but also modern alpine chic. The terrace and garden were also beautiful. The communication was very straightforward and friendly. We were grateful for a good restaurant tip. We can fully recommend Peter's apartment and would be happy to come back to it if we go on vacation in Garmisch again.
