First things first :-) Read exactly my house rules to avoid any misunderstandings. Read exactly the check-in and check-out times. The apartment has 2 rooms kitchen bathroom toilet and balcony 74 qu There is sleeping space for 8 people. BUT for more than 6 people, PLEASE ask in advance. PLEASE note. (Guest card is the tourist tax.) €3 per day per adult must be paid to me on site in cash or via PayPal. I do not want backpackers or guests from hostels.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

In our 45 sqm apartment for up to 3 people, newly renovated in November 2024, you will find a large living-bedroom with a double bed. Large windows and south-facing balcony offer magnificent views of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy dining area and an additional sofa bed. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden and Waxensteine and Alpspitze during your breakfast.
