The 150 sqm chalet goes over 2 levels. A spacious dining area with a new Kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven & microwave. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with balcony access, in one of the two bedrooms there are single beds. Another bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on the upper floor.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).
