The place is beautifully located. Everything according to the description, really very well equipped and very clean. The small garden is well maintained and offers plenty of space for cozy evenings outdoors. Communication with Yvonne was friendly and very accommodating. We felt very comfortable and were completely satisfied. A clear recommendation! Glad to come back!

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect: very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal and quiet. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and helpful. Even with a small misunderstanding, they responded very courteously. That's what you want as a guest! Overall, absolutely recommended and definitely worth every penny. We will be happy to come back!

Great apartment, access to hiking trails and the Predigtstuhlbahn a few minutes away. Bad Reichenhall Kirchberg train station and Bad Reichenhall city center are also within walking distance (depending on the destination 10-20 minutes). The ascent to the apartment building is quite steep if you arrive without a car, but in principle feasible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short vacation, the pool on the ground floor is an absolute highlight.

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what else could you ask for. The snacks and delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

Location is very good 37 min to Konigssee and Berchtesgaden a city thats well worth visiting. The balcony was very nice to have a peaceful breakfast. A restaurant named Lohmayr Stub’n was about 50m - great restaurant!! Probably 8 min walk from the place there is a very good bakery with a great variety of choice. Denise was always extremely helpful and quick to respond. Denise place was clean and comfortable.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I've ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

We (4 gentlemen) were in Ruhpolding for an extended weekend of hiking. The place was an optimal size for the 4 of us. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we hadn't really thought about the width of the sofa bed, so it was a bit tight for 2 of us. Instead of reacting according to the motto "bad luck", the two of them directly remedied the situation and brought about a solution. Totally super and absolutely not a matter of course!! 😍 You could always count on getting a prompt response to any questions. The communication and organization in general was super relaxed and reliable. All in all a great place with great hosts!

Visiting Bavaria for a family road trip, we had a great time at Anna's place. The accommodation was clean, perfectly equipped and located in a very quiet environment. Ideal for relaxation after a good hike. Would highly recommend!

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace…there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us very nicely. We'd come back any time if we were on vacation in the Rosenheim area!

We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come back. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

Place is very nice and cozy tucked in a nice and quite location. We only stayed for a night and it went very well. Christian is very responsive and is available for any questions. We liked the place even though it was short. Would recommend.

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted in a super friendly way and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. Rainer was always very quickly available for questions and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything. One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Christina and Matthias did everything they could to make us feel welcome, and that paid off. Their hospitality, the accomodation, the surrounding environment. Everything is lovely. Their daughter even made us some amazing courgette fudge muffins. Salzburg is also very easy to reach with a 15-minute bus ride that stops at the end of the street. If we ever come back to visit Salzburg, we’ll definitely come here again!
