Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

In addition to four exclusive apartments in the villa, the lodge offers four individually furnished tiny houses as well as a spa cube with sauna in the surrounding 7,000 square meter grounds. From the pond and garden house to the tree house at a height of five meters, all tiny houses are grouped around the natural pond in the park and the main house.
