Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Goudhurst

Very spacious and comfortable flat with amazing panoramic view of the ocean. It was easy to park the car for free at a nearby park and walk to the new and old town. The beds were super comfy.

L’appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous! Rien ne manque niveau équipement, point +++. Literie au top ! L’emplacement est idéal, permettant facilement de visiter Hastings et les environs à pieds ou en transport et alliant le calme et la proximité du centre-ville. Madelaine a toujours été réactive et l’accueil a été très agréable et facilité par les explications et conseils donnés sur place. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée sont un vrai plus ! Il est bon de savoir que les bruits et pas de l’étage se font entendre mais Madelaine & son mari ont toujours été très respectueux et ces bruits ne sont donc pas gênants. Merci ☺️

Lovely flat in a fabulous location. Would definitely recommend it. The local area had some lovely open spaces for walking along with some fab restaurants for dining and cocktails. Perfect for a weekend get away.

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Hannah dans une maison historique avec beaucoup de charme. Voyageant sans voiture, nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait à proximité : magasins, pubs, transports publics, lieux de promenades... Hannah est une hôte réactive et serviable.

What a gem we discovered in the Cow Shed. An imaginative conversion with well considered furnishings and quality equipment. Perfect for honeymoon couples.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the start Roni was so helpful with clear instructions and information. The fresh bread and other tasty foodstuffs we were provided were a welcome treat and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is very cosy and we enjoyed spending time together in the warmly decorated living room. We all slept very well as the beds are really very comfortable. The views over the countryside were amazing and you could really feel a sense of the history of the place. We loved our stay at Ide Hill. This was the last Airbnb of a four week trip and it was a highlight for sure. We would absolutely recommend staying at this lovely cottage and experiencing the hospitality that Roni provides.

Beautiful stay. Super clean. Great communication and instructions on how to get in and out. Lots of random stuff in the cupboard that meant we didnt have to buy a lot of food. Same story in the bathroom with gels and toothpaste. Nice warm welcome too with personalised note with wine and chocolates. These kind of places define the best of AirBnB for me. Recommended.

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. The house was great. Allister was an excellent host and very responsive to any queries. The attention to detail in the house is wonderful, really well done, quirky with thoughtful detail. Coffee machines are provided in every room with tea and coffee pods provided. There were 10 of us staying and the house suited us very well. We knew to expect that the dining area was small and could only accommodate 8 comfortably but we made it work. The heated gazebo outside seated all of us comfortably. It’s a shame the pub next door is currently closed as we were expecting to make use of that. We walked into both Canterbury and Whitstable, both were lovely walks and would recommend. Lastly, the purpose built spa on site was lovely. A great space for chilling out and beautifully done. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Really lovely place in an outbuilding of a beautiful property. The property was private, but close enough to the main house and for visits from their 3 lovely dogs. The place itself was really functionable, with everything you'd need for a nice break away from home inc. kitchen equipment, washing machine, outside sofa etc. We were 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 newborn + grandma and the space was a perfect size for our group. We'd recommend the Ferry Inn for a nice pub meal and the Gusbourne vineyard is definitely worth a visit. There's some lovely countryside on your doorstep too.

We enjoyed an incredible stay at Seashells, where comfort and warmth surrounded us. It truly felt like home. The property provided everything we could want, and the location inspired joy in every moment.

We had a lovely stay in Tunbridge Wells. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very quick to respond and informative, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips, which made the stay even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay again.

Location was very important as we did not have a car and could walk to it friends place, restaurants and cafes.

We had a very comfortable stay at Fancoombe. It was very clean & well equipped with everything we needed & an ideal base to explore the local area. Very peaceful with stunning views from the veranda

We had a short stay but the place was very spacious, quite unique, well decorated and had fantastic views being on the seafront. Great for sunsets too! The local area was peaceful but has some amenities, cafes, restaurants, pier and arcade so everything you need to have a break. Canterbury & Ashford are not far for some sightseeing/shopping. Angela was a great host too! Thanks again!

Fabulous appartement with superb sea view. Excellent host, always responsive. The only downside was that we found the local neighbourhood less attractive than expected, but it can be a good outpost to explore for example Rye, Battle and Brighton. (There's a lovely sandy beach near Rye in a town/village called Camber, but beware of seagulls if you picnic, which you must because the quality of the local shops on the beach is terrible.)

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!
