It sits in its own south facing half acre garden with fruit trees, silver birch and a young oak tree. Outside there’s plenty of parking and an area with a bench, table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the countryside, watch the buzzards fly overhead and in the evenings listen out for the soft hooting of our resident owls! Perfect for a staycation and set in a peaceful, rural location, the property is approximately 1.5 miles from Marden village and .75 mile from Hush Heath vineyard. Ideal for visits to local National Trust and RHS properties like Sissinghurst Castle, Leeds Castle and Great Dixter. Trains from Marden station to London run all day and take less than an hour.
