This property is nestled in Greenhorn valley, right under the shadow of the mountain. Seeing wild deer, turkeys, foxes and other wildlife native to the mountain wilderness is a daily occurrence. Our simple but charming cottage provides the perfect jumping point to a vast array of trails, lakes, and points of interest. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.
