This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Small historic thatched cottage from the 18th century! Listed thatched roof cottage right on the old Elbe dyke near Krautsand. Very quiet location in a cul-de-sac. An ideal place to relax. Krautsand is about 4 km away and has a beautiful sandy beach. Right outside the door you will find the Elbe Cycle Path where you can take great tours by bike or on foot. You will find more information with excursion options in a folder in the vacation home.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Welcome to our small and lovingly furnished thatched cottage "Kleine Auszeit." Here between the moor and the Elbe, you can really enjoy your well-deserved vacation. The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.

The thatched roof cottage is located on the Wischhafen Schleusenfleth in the center of Wischhafen and is 8 km away from the Elbe island of Krautsand. - Cuxhaven, Glückstadt and Stade are also easily accessible. The bakery, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger.
