Beautiful home on the banks of Loch Goil

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our family had an amazing week here! We travelled with my parents and young child as well as a dog. The view over the loch is sensational and the Airbnb has everything we needed. John is a very kind and responsive host - couldn’t do enough for us. It’s remote and private with a pub nearby and another pizza restaurant open Thursday to Sunday nights. We were also very lucky with the weather which meant the most sensational views. Good base for exploring too as we were able to go to Inverary, Carrick Castle, Arkinglas House, Loch Fyne Oyster Bar and rent a boat on loch goil.

We loved our stay in Lochgoilhead, it was peaceful, but still had things for us to do. There’s a great park for children under the trees too. Howard was very helpful and we had such a comfortable stay, we would definitely come back.

Kilcreggan cottage with a spectacular view

CarmenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The cottage was perfect in every way. It was very clean and comfortable and the views were stunning. The cottage provided everything that you need and Millie was very kind in providing a few extra treats. The location was superb to get around to Loch Lomond and Loch Long. We would definitely like to visit again. Millie was a great host and we would like to say thank you.

Greenside with lovely sea views in Whiting Bay

GarrethRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Greenside was such a great place to stay, it was very spacious, we were 4 adults, 2 infants and a small dog and was perfect for us. The living room is so great, and really well decorated and has everything you need! Kitchen also a great size and had everything you would need (all the utensils, etc!), great sized fridge and freezer. The bedrooms were also well sized and beds were v comfy! The bathroom was lovely modern and clean - the shower was great, hot and good pressure! All towels were provided too. Jamie was the absolute consummate host, he was very welcoming, had great recommendations, responded very quickly to messages and even welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here, we will definitely be back and hopefully can get some sunshine this time! :-P

Had the most enjoyable stay. Christine was the perfect host and her bungalow was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very private. Perfect accommodation for our stay in Glasgow. All on one level and having 2 bathrooms was an absolute bonus. Also very warm and comfortable. Will definitely be back! Deb, Paul and Sheila

175 On Clyde - Spacious & Cosy Cedar Wood Bungalow

AndreaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This place is truly a home away from home. Even though we only stayed for a night. Hope to return one day and spend more time here to explore the region. Pauline and Andy are great hosts. Always in touch but not intrusive. Unfortunately we had some heavy rain when arrived and decided against walking around so we asked our hosts for some board games. It was delivered with a smile.( they live next door) We had some laughs playing Fortnight Monopoly. It shows that this place is special to them and Andy had done such a great job renovating it. The place is a spotless. We even find some Scottish gifts in our fridge which was a nice touch. We loved the paperless instructions with the QR code. Definitely recommend staying here and hope that we will be back soon too.
