Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Welcome to our small but cozy apartment in car-free Braunwald! The light-flooded 1-room apartment is ideal for 1-2 adults or a family with 1 child and offers winter and summer outdoor activities right outside the front door. This beautiful apartment is just a 5-7 minute walk from the mountain railway. In addition, the reading café “Bsinti” and a grocery store are nearby, so you have everything you need right at hand.

The view of our apartment is stunning and will relax you the minute you arrive. Elm and surroundig offers a big network of hiking trails (i.a in the Unesco Heritage Sardona Area), various theme paths for the kids (ia giant forest (Riesenwald) or the ELMER Citro spring) and bikeroutes. Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
