A LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE IN A GREEN ISLAND! comfortable 80 m² recent wooden house opening onto a large wooden terrace, wooded enclosed land of 800 m² 900 m from the beach including a living room entrance with flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen, a bedroom 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom cabin 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower + separate toilet, a master suite 2 beds of 80 = 160 + separate toilet and shower room with shower.

The small house

46 m2 cottage, with enclosed garden, in a quiet area on the edge of the forest, close to the village, the lake, the bike path and a few km from the ocean. Everything is done for your convenience. I offer the evening meal, breakfast or brunch in my veranda where I created a friendly space dedicated to my guests.(Rates displayed in the small house)."

It has a small private and gated courtyard, as well as a private parking space adjoining the accommodation. Green spaces and pond nearby for walking pets

Accommodation near the beach perfect for families with kids and furry friends. A few steps from the Vélodyssée, a paradise for experienced or amateur cyclists, the latter will allow you to get to the beach without your car and take a breath of fresh air in our beautiful Charente countryside.
