Great location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the quiet of the residence. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. Very nice studio, close to all amenities, everything was perfect

The apartment is in a quiet area but close to a beach, two bakeries, some bars and restaurants. The apartment is very nice and all the equipment is there for a comfortable stay. We liked the shower in particular. The apartment has a balcony and it is nice and cool even when it is hot outside. It is a half hour walk from the railway station and to the city centre. The walk to the city centre is very nice along the sea side. Sophie is very quick, adequate and kind in her information and response. There is a handout with information both in French and English. We have enjoyed our stay very much.

Super clean apartment. Nice location for oysters and other restaurants. Away from the noise of downtown Arcachon, but still close enough. Well equipped. Secure off street parking.

Great value for money! The accommodation is of impeccable quality, the layout is optimal, there is everything you need on site! Beach access 2 min away, a real luxury for an unbeatable price, and some charming villages to visit nearby. We ate at Bob's in St Palais, it was great, and shared a board on the beach near the reserve. I would also like to point out that the co-host was great, simple, efficient and smiling, a very warm welcome (unlike the one we just had when we arrived in Biarritz...). The small garden is also quite nice, slightly overlooked but the residence is quiet and there is little traffic so it didn't bother us. Thank you, we'll come back to stay longer!

The view from the balcony is beautiful and it's a comfortable apartment for two people. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach and it's a quiet residence. Linens and towels are not included so plan accordingly or pay extra.

It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Recommended place to stay However, do not count on the bike room of the residence, which is already full. On the other hand, there is enough to attach your bikes to the parking lot, which includes dedicated spaces.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. On the balcony, you can sit and enjoy the sea. Check-in/check-out went very smoothly. The apartment complex is right on the beach, restaurants, supermarket etc. are close by within walking distance. We had a nice stay and would recommend it to others.
