Discover this charming 20m² chalet, nestled in the heart of the vineyards. With an independent entrance, a terrace and a warm interior atmosphere, this place is a great place to relax. We are located between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion as well as 10min from the blue angel. Also enjoy an optional outdoor Jacuzzi heated all year round for €30, ideal for relaxing. "La Cabane" is made up of panels of Douglas fir and fully sliding Plexiglas, adapting to your desires. Its patio will allow you to enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The small kitchen and the annex will give you full autonomy for your meals. This is a bright studio located on the ground floor of a small stone building, in the heart of the Chartrons district, near the Jardin Public, the Paul Doumer tram station and many shops). The accommodation has a small fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (sink and shower) and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa bed 2 places and a flat screen. The linen is provided.
