It is spacious with a large lounge, kitchen, a double bedroom (ensuite bathroom) and a twin room. Also, a shower room with basin and toilet. Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Garrs End Laithe – Barn conversion, Grassington

A stunning barn conversion recently completed in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Grassington. Our home offers incredible views of Wharfedale and is ideally located for a short walk to the main street, shops, cafes and pubs. There are plenty of adventures to discover on the doorstep with the underfloor heating and log burner waiting to warm you up on your return; or if the temperature permits a patio area to sit outside and watch the sunset over the dale.

The Old School

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.

The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .
