Situated between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do and see in the area. Richmond, market town is close by .

A characterful cosy cottage for two (Super King zip link or twin beds) in beautiful Arkengarthdale, the most northerly of The Yorkshire Dales, with large walk-in shower. There are stunning walks from the door, along Arkle Beck, through picturesque woods or onto open moorland. Secure cycle storage is available, the area is perfect for on and off-road cycling and we can advise guests on some great routes. A village pub, and a highly regarded hotel restaurant are a short walk away. Sorry, no pets.

Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. We only have one hut, making it a very private, peaceful and exclusive retreat. Nestled in a beautiful dell, surrounded by trees, it overlooks a duck pond and the remains of the old stone limekilns. Plenty of wildlife for nature lovers including a flock of friendly rare breed sheep, hens, rabbits, and owls.
