Pacific House, Intera Casa di 140mq. Foligno

The house has been completely renovated and is located in the very first suburbs, a short walk from the historic center of Foligno and the Gonzaga Barracks, reachable by car in just 3/5 minutes, on foot in 15 minutes and 8 minutes by bike. All around is the oldest district of Assisi, characterized by alleys, squares and medieval houses. A part of the city unknown to most but suggestive and pleasant to discover.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
