What a lovely little quiet neighborhood to stay in! The home was perfect for our group of moms and kids horse showing at Lamplight. Anything we needed was responded to so quickly- and much appreciated!

We had an EXCELLENT time at Marianne's home in Batavia. The home was outfitted with everything that we required and then some. The place is even bigger than it appeared in the listings. There were sectional sofas both upstairs and in the basement that we didn't recall from the listing that provided even more sitting room with family. The property is so beautiful. We had such a wonderful time watching the horses play in the pastures directly out the window. Can't recommend these hosts or their property enough! Thanks again for a wonderful home away from home this holiday season.

The esthetics, kitchen, and family friendly environment was amazing! We were there to host our Uncle Terry's 80'th BD surprise party. For us, the location was perfect. Downtown DeKalb and Barb's City Bagels made or a perfect departure breakfast. We were there for just a weekend, (2+6) and it was VERY comfortable, perhaps Luxe! The host has a great eye for decor, and the outside garden areas were very welcoming.

Nice place tucked into a quiet, safe neighborhood. Backyard was outstanding. (We wish the weather had cooperated so we could have spent more time outside) One level home with comfy beds and furniture throughout. Kitchen was spacious and clean. Plenty of extra towels and blankets.

This was a great location for our us for our tournament. The house was very clean, cozy, had lots of games, and extra linen. It’s located in a really nice location, kid friendly, and close to local amenities.

i love Orquidea. I messaged her after I left my little lunch bag in her place and she was quick to reply and sent my bag via USPS. her place is amazing. I fell in love with her garden she got lovely peonies and african lilies

Excellent host and excellent Airbnb. I fell in love with Cary, the area is so beautiful and peaceful. The Airbnb itself is the perfect amount of space and Vicki made sure to include all the amenities. We felt right at home. We will definitely book again when back in the area.

We stayed at Ariel and Gabby's place several times and we always had a great experience! Their place is very welcoming and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts are very nice and helpful. We hope to be back soon.

Uncommonly well supplied and furnished, this is one of our favorite Airbnbs anywhere. We’ve stayed a few times, and our experience has always been exceptional.

Tiffany was friendly host and made sure to communicate with us to make our stay enjoyable. The place walkable distance to public transit and the neighborhood was safe enough to walk at night. It was clean and as pictured, there was coffee, utensils, plates, etc if you needed prepare food.

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! We had a great time staying at the Hideaway Apartment in Palatine! It was easy to get inside and the apartment was nice. The place was very clean and organized, we felt very comfortable! There is a second floor deck, a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! It was easy communicating with the hosts, overall it was a great experience staying at the Hideaway, would recommend!

We had such a fun weekend staying at this unique and charming property! The place itself had tons of character. It’s in a great location—just minutes from a bunch of fantastic restaurants and only a short drive to the Brookfield Zoo. We also took a quick trip into the city to visit the Shedd Aquarium, and it couldn’t have been easier. The location really strikes the perfect balance between relaxing and convenient.

Our stay was lovely. The unit was clean, and it had everything we needed. Instructions on how to get in were clear, and if I had any questions Briana promptly responded. If/when we visit Lombard again, we'll keep this airbnb in mind.

Our stay this past weekend was just fabulous all around. So many wonderful touches to this old, but renovated home. The outside of the home can be deceiving until you step into the Emerald suite. All the photos really do depict the beauty inside but even better in person. We booked the emerald suite for our family of 4 as we came into town for family wedding down the street at the Herrington. It was so convenient to be close to the wedding venue. We loved the complimentary waffles … we enjoyed a couple times during our weekend stay. Very generous offering of coffee K cups, creamer, syrups, spices, bathroom amenities and other goodies upon arrival. Beds were comfy and we loved the big couch which we enjoyed every night. We sat outside as well taking in all the wildlife. We walked down to River the first day and checked out the town and hit a couple stores. Overall it was a great place to stay and highly recommend!

no joke, but Ciro by far has been the best Airbnb host that I've encountered. A very kind, responsible, and respectful host. His unit is large, great for long term stays (washer/dryer), and when I say he stocks it he makes sure you aren't in need of ANYTHING. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and if you don't feel like cooking the mail and many other restaurants are nearby. The community has a convenience store that's a two minute walk from the unit. a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake and nature scene. Walmart, jewel, and an a new Aldi are a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. the movie theater is two blocks away, and very inexpensive. the complex has a bar but there are bars nearby.The area is great for hiking, fishing, and in the winter there is a free sleddiing hill that's super fun, yet it's 5 mins from the highway which is a huge convenience. It fellt like a luxury camping vacation I will definitely be back when I return to the Chicagoland area

Really nice apartment, in a great location. Only negative is that the closets are cluttered with cleaning supplies, limiting space for clothes.

Location was great. A block from train and lots of restaurants right there. Plus an inexpensive first run cinema. The place was really quiet and well provisioned. Loved Oak Park and the place made enjoying it easy.

Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again if the need arises
