We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Welcome to our cozy little corner of the world! We are located just a few blocks east of downtown St. Charles & the gorgeous Fox River and about an hour's drive/train ride to downtown Chicago. You’ll be staying in a renovated studio basement space (which doesn’t feel like a basement at all). It’s a completely separate space with its own entrance & electronic keypad. It is our priority to create an experience for you that is cozy, comfortable, and relaxing! Hope to see you soon!

The Tailor's Loft, 1 bdrm apt. in Downtown Geneva

The Tailor's Loft is located right the the heart of historic downtown Geneva and is walkable to dozens of unique restaurants and shops. This apartment has been completely renovated in a fresh modern style. It is a great space for a couples getaway, girls weekend or extended stays. High ceilings and open floorpan with separate king-size bedroom. In unit washer/ dryer. Easy walk to the Geneva train station (0.5 miles).

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
