Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

The White House is a charming period cottage dating to when adjacent Duns Castle received a grand Gothic Revival makeover in the 1820s. That fortress's walled garden now borders the length of The White House's own garden - a lovely, lawned space.
