I’m a local from Ottawa and stayed in this Airbnb for a month. The hosts were exceptionally kind and accommodating, and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The space was spotless, and the backyard garden was a truly beautiful. I highly recommend this stay to any medical students or residents rotating through the Ottawa General Hospital. It offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Jasmin was very responsive and attentive to all our needs! We had an issue with the TV working in the living room and when I mentioned it on the first night, the next day, she had a replacement TV brought over and installed, which was above and beyond. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It’s in a quiet residential area, but there’s lots of nearby stores, like Walmart, Superstore, Marshall’s, etc. for anything you may need while there! Super convenient

Gee was a wonderful host! Her home was very inviting, hospitable and very well kept. We felt right at home. The location was easily accessible to shopping and amenities and not too far from downtown Ottawa. Given our very late arrival, Gee ensured that we had some starter items like water and snacks which was much appreciated after a long day of flying. I would certainly recommend as well as book again. It is obvious why Gee is a super host.

A beautiful area, clean room and bathroom. Loved the extra touch of complimentary water, coffee, and extras. A very comfortable bed and Jacob was very helpful and gracious. would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's place! The spacious layout made us feel right at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge, pots, and pans, making it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights for us was the basement bedroom, which is perfect for those who prefer a cooler environment. Meanwhile, the upstairs bedrooms are great for those who enjoy a warmer atmosphere. The hot tub was another standout feature of our stay, providing the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic as well; there's a lovely path along the river for walks, and being close to the train station made it easy to visit downtown without the hassle of parking. Overall, we highly recommend Lisa's place for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Loved our little weekend getaway at Lissa’s place. The house is charming and cozy. Lots of personal touches make this historic house modern and functional. Lissa was quick to check in with us and offer some great recommendations around the neighbourhood for places to eat and drink. We loved the Bagel shop around the corner! The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. Also very grateful for the well working AC! The single bathroom is in a little bit of an awkward spot on the one side of the master bathroom- I would just recommend guests staying are aware of this and travel with close friends that don’t mind the open door! (It was no problem for us) Overall a fantastic stay for our weekend in Ottawa/ Gatineau, would 100% stay again!

We had a comfortable stay. The place was older but well maintained. The hosts were very responsive and eager to make our stay comfortable. Included parking is a big bonus. Would definitely recommend!

It was a hot day when we were supposed to check-in and Alexy left the AC ON and we got to walk into nice and chill apartment unit. We had everything in the kitchen to cook breakfast, the place was nice and quiet at night despite being on top of a cafe. Beautiful view of the park across the street outside the bedroom windows in the morning. All tourist attractions were within 20 minute drive. I would very much book this place again when visiting Ottawa.

Responsive host, good instructions, fun neighbourhood, a little noisy but hey, it's a city, I chose that!

We had a lovely stay, Marc-André was really kind, especially since I forgot my visa/debit card and he wrote to me quickly to let me know and was available so I could get my debit card back. The neighborhood was super nice and quiet. If we return to Gatineau, we will definitely see if the accommodation is available and we will return.

great place to stay to explore Ottawa

Brenan's place was perfect for our one-week stay in Ottawa. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Situated on a quiet street, it’s within easy walking distance to a grocery store (Loblaws), LCBO, restaurants and a shopping mall. The kitchen had everything we needed and Brenan was welcoming, friendly and generous, letting us use his BBQ so we could eat outdoors and enjoy his lovely backyard. We definitely recommend Brenan's place for a great west end location.

We had such a lovely time here! A sweet, cozy space in such a lovely town. We loved being right by the water and walking to cafes and restaurants! Sharon was very welcoming and responsive.

Highly recommend, spotless place, a plethora of shopping, including groceries, within walking distance; a very spacious two bedroom with a huge bathroom and open space kitchen/living with giant windows and a huge balcony. Kitchen has everything one could need to whip out a good meal, the host generously provided a supply of good coffee for the drip coffeemaker and a selection of teas as well, a super nice touch after a long drive. We will back.

Sylvain was very responsive and was receptive to a shorter than usual stay for his comfy place. An excellent host, he ensured that the propane gas fireplace had the pilot light lit, so it was easy to ignite upon arrive and get the place toasty warm within an hour or so of our arrival. Thank you, Sylvain! His partner Caroline was also very helpful with clear entry instructions for our past 8PM arrival... Merci pour tout, Caroline et Sylvain!

Mohammad was fantastic! Gave great local recommendations for Ottawa and helped me find some stuff in the house immediately when I messaged him. Would recommend staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Vlads place. It was easy to find and easy to access. The apartment was as pictured. The perfect place for 2 people. Very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay again.
