A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Awesome studio, great location in NDG - CITQ301611

My place is private, cosy, clean and convenient. It is a two-minute walk to Monkland Village which has great restaurants​, grocery store, health store, coffee shops, bakeries and more. We are a 2-minute​ walk from the Villa Maria Metro station with access to Montreal city within 10-15 minutes and have free, non-permit parking outside the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with babies).

Studio 15 min from downtown

Studio with double bed, small kitchen, private bathroom and private entrance to the appartment. Really nice neighborhood, 10 min walk from the metro station Jolicoeur, which is at 8 stations from downtown (15 min). Really nice and welcoming. Half basement. The staircase is not very large (little smaller than regular stairs). The ceiling is lower than normal, 6 feet 7 inches (2 meters). Not suitable for more than 2 people! Perfect for short stay.

A full floor in our renovated basement with separate entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and complete kitchen. Large, well-lit, quiet, and warm. Free parking at all times in the entrance (in winter, your car is protected by a shelter). Access to the courtyard (flowers, fruit trees, vine). and to our bright veranda upstairs if needed. Located near everything, including metro station, shopping street with shops, restaurants, etc.
