You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. Vacation home "Platzhirsch"

Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend the summer as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes. All bus and train rides are free of charge with the guest card.

The lovingly furnished room is located in a charming townhouse from the middle of the 19th century. century, just outside Munich. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity.
