The apartment is approximately 42 m² (450 sq. ft.) in size, has one bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, a combined kitchen and living room with a couch and dining table (for 4 people), as well as access to the corner balcony, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. All rooms start from a small hallway. On the balcony you can enjoy sun all day long thanks to the east/south orientation.
