Perfect location and a wonderful host! Far enough away from downtown for privacy, but close enough where it’s easy to get to everything (downtown Traverse City, Old Mission wineries, etc) also there’s a very nice walking path in the back, which is a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend!

It checks every box: super clean, incredibly comfortable, and convenient - perfect location close to downtown Traverse City and just a short drive to so many great local adventures. Erin is an exceptional host. Thoughtful, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations. You can truly feel how much she cares about both the home and her guests. This was our second stay here, and it definitely won’t be our last!

Wonderful stay here! Host was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. All amenities worked perfectly as advertised. In a great location off the Main Street in and out of traverse, getting where we needed to was very easy. Perfectly priced and very affordable for the weekend.

We had a great time at Debra and Greg’s Traverse City house! It was very comfortable and kid friendly. I definitely recommend this place for families visiting the area. So easy to get out and walk around the neighborhood and go to shops!

He was very responsive to all of my questions. He reached out to check in and see how we were doing. My only critique was that we didn’t realize when booking the house was on such a main road and so using the hot tub was a bit of an interesting experience. That being said the house was insulated such that you didn’t get blasted with traffic noise so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall a great experience!

Craig's home I believe is closer to Solon, but in that general area. A great home for 2-4 people. Country setting is very peaceful. The tip to pick up any groceries before heading to the home is a great tip as it is 7-10 minutes from a local market. We enjoyed our relaxing time in the home for couple of days. We loved the use of the kitchen, and use of the washer & dryer.

We had a wonderful stay, super close to downtown Traverse City. The house was extremely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. We loved the sauna! We would definitely stay again.

Our family of five felt welcome from the moment we heard from our host! The home had plenty of room for all of us. Charming gathering room, dining room, and plenty of room in all bedrooms and kitchen. And the bonus of a fun deck and hot tub! We will be back!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in Traverse City. The space was not only clean and inviting but also thoughtfully organized, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area. Philippe was an exceptional host, always attentive and helpful. We would definitely love to stay here again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Angela’s property. So many beautiful plants and everything was so clean and well maintained outside. A real oasis. The room was very clean and the linens smelled so good. I am a germaphobe and I never felt uncomfortable staying there. It was near so many attractions while also being very private and peaceful —we spent every evening sitting on the beach just taking it all in. Can’t recommend enough!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Great time staying at Stacy’s! She let us check-in early on short notice so we could be on time for an event. The space was clean and had its own unique character. Walkable to downtown & the beach. 10/10 would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check in was flawless and smooth, just as the directions clearly explained. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. The only complaint I'd make is minor and that is that there are only 4 parking spots behind the condo so all but one night we had to pay $20 for the parking garage next to the condo. Luckily the parking garage is so close that this wasn't a problem but did add cost to our rental that we weren't expecting. But, overall we really like this condo and this location! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great spot to stay!! - Love the check-in system you have with the keys. No relying on batteries! - The condo was quite lovely for the four of us. Plenty of room. - Host went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay - providing toiletries, noise machine, etc. Incredibly thoughtful. - Check out/clean up requests were completely reasonable. Great place to stay!! Would definitely stay again on our next trip up!

Beautiful weekend. Home was cozy and relaxing. Furnished with everything you need. Carrie was great to work with. So many meal options at The Commons.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations made our young family feel at home. Just about everything was walkable, including Clinch Park, and the parking garage and path to the condo was stroller friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Natalia clearly has paid attention to every detail to make the stay relaxing and comfortable.

The place was as beautiful as the pictures showed. Everything was extremely clean! Close to everything. Jesse responded very quickly to messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for being a wonderful host and making our stay more memorable.

Kara was very responsive. The air conditioning was not working but they had someone out and it was fixed the same day. It was not as close to downtown as I would have liked but that was my fault for not completely checking out the location. Fantastic shower. Lots of room and super close to the bike trails. And gorgeous view of the water.

We had a great time during our visit to Traverse City and Jennifer’s condo at the Capri was perfect for our stay - close to Front Street and some our favorite places like Firefly, Rare Bird and The Parlor. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay. The place was nice, clean, updated, easy to check in and i felt very safe during my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here instead of a hotel room.

Grand Traverse Commons is a wonderful place and this condo gives you an excellent perch to enjoy all that it offers. It is a unique property and I would stay there again.
