Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.

We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 1 block to the beach! Within 1-3 blocks of many restaurants/bars downtown TC!
