Spacious open, quiet, private, surrounded by trees. At the end of a dead-end road only 1 mile from Traverse City's West Bay, and in a quiet wooded area with wooded trails. Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.

This is one of the largest historic sites in the US and the tours are interesting and fun! Perfectly located on the the grounds of The Village at Grand Traverse Commons. Dining, shopping, wine, trails, tours, history, and so much more. There is one bedroom, a full kitchen, one bath, and a small patio area to enjoy your stay! Historic preservation at it's best! Also, some extra little hand picked antiques situated within the condo. Downtown TC and the Grand Traverse Bay only a mile away!
