Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance level offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in connecting room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for residents in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Veberöd is located in the middle of southern Skåne, so it is close to Österlen, Ystad, Copenhagen, Malmö and most of it actually!

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!
