Very nice house, beautiful landscape

Amazing place, short drive or nice walk to the town, located on a residential street with similar units on it. Great yard that opens to a big field with a playground for kids. Everything as described except washer wasn’t working - but the owners communicated this to us beforehand, tried to have it repaired, and offered to reimburse for laundromat. Wonderful natural light and beautifully furnished and decorated.The pictures actually don’t do justice to how nice the place is.

Wonderful host, view and villa. We were 8-9 girls renting the house for a day and we loved it!! Annelie was helpful, clear and extremely nice. There's nothing negative to add.

It was an amazing home. We had lots of fun there. The Hot bubble bath / jacuzzi was amazing. We used it every single day of our stay. But it would have been good to know what are the things that we are needed to carry before visiting the place, for example we had to go and buy our own coffee. Overall no complains at all. Infact we have already recommended this place many of our friends and colleagues.

We were very warmly welcomed on our arrival. It looked much nicer than in the photos. Everything built and decorated with a lot of love. Staffan and Mona were very helpful, always available and always very eager to make our vacation as pleasant as possible. The pool was a highlight for the kids. Our son even learned to swim. The sauna was so nice on the cold evening. Staffan had plenty of interesting stories to share. It is very family-friendly with many opportunities to play in the house and in the large garden. We highly recommend staying there. Thank you Staffan and Mona for the wonderful time.

We spent a few days for NYE at Bibi's amazing cottage by the beach. Our dog loved the surrounding, perfect for relaxing long walks. We loved the very comfortable bed, with a huge tv to enjoy and cozy fireplace by the couch to unwind on. Here you can find everything you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, great wifi,...) while relaxing in this charming cottage, just a drive away from many interesting location/villages. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had, and they provided a lot of details and suggestions about the house and surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

For those who appreciate a quiet location and the unspoiled view of the sea, this is perfect. The house is ideally suited for 4 people who are traveling together because they also want to enliven the house together. We enjoyed having breakfast in the morning overlooking the sea, resting in the afternoon overlooking the sea and drinking a red wine in the evening overlooking the sea.

Sarah-Louise and Richard are really super friendly and always helpful. We felt like home, the cottage is very comfortable and well furnished, the area very quiet. We received recommendations for many good restaurants nearby and suggestions for enjoying visits in the area. It is a great base to spend a few days in the region and will definitely be our base again when we return to Skåne. Thank you Sarah-Louise and see you soon

This was heavenly, literally with your feet in the water. What a view. Emma was very helpful and your peace and privacy is assured. Simrishamn, Knäbäckhussenstrand, ... all nearby. We can only be grateful that we were able to stay here and hopeful that we can come back again. Absolutely recommended!

We found this atypical place, an alliance of charm and elegance combining comfort and beauty. The bedding is very comfortable and the small garden overlooking the sea delighted us. The environment is just beautiful for those who love nature. We are delighted to have discovered this "little corner" of paradise in Sweden and thank you for recommending the Karin restaurant.

We had a great stay, what a lovely place this is! The house is nice and comfortable and has a huge garden. A quiet surrounding but still a lot to do, it’s close to the beach. Maria and Marcus were very kind and helpful.

We had a great time in the cabin and in Svarte. Jonas wrote to us about the stairs, so we were prepared for it to be steep. But the pictures are fair and we were actually more pleasantly surprised because we experienced the cabin still bigger than in the pictures. Nice with a washing machine when we traveled with a baby. Walking distance to the nearest beach and it was very nice. Nice patio that bathed in the sun until the evening. We highly recommend Jonas accommodation. Jonas as a host was great too, responded really quickly when we had questions and was clear in his instructions. 5 out of 5 get our experience.

Very cozy little house. It is very well located with close distance to many different excursions. Camilla is a super host and be incredibly helpful while we stayed in the house. Camilla really did everything and then some for us.

We were warmly welcomed by Mikaela and the whole family. Nice and pleasant cottage, personally decorated. Several different patios/outdoor rooms. Perfect to eat breakfast in the corner at the door. Fun with different animals in the yard. We received many different suggestions for destinations in the surrounding areas. Mikaela and Svante with family and the cottage are highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely house and space, and a perfect starting point for exploring and discovering the countless great places in Österlen. Very nice host who did everything possible to make sure we had a nice stay. Gave us lots of information about the area and responded quickly to inquiries. Recommended!

Jonas and Sara's house is an enchanting farmhouse that is furnished with a lot of love for detail and with consideration of the history of the house. The garden, terraces and the diverse outdoor seating options also helped us feel very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and leave nothing to be desired. Despite the sunny temperatures, it was a little cooler in the stone house, but there were many cuddly blankets available, so you could make yourself comfortable. The location of the house is a bit hidden but wonderfully quiet. The Skåne region is diverse and within a 1-hour drive you could make many wonderful excursions, e.g. experience the modern Malmö on the west coast or take a swimming break on the beautiful beaches in the east. Jonas & Sara are great hosts and we highly recommend the house.

Absolutely recommended, very very nice place, we felt right at home and had a very warm welcome. Emma and Anders are extremely nice hosts, you can talk to you very well and can learn exciting information about the farm, the animals and the surroundings. The accommodation (a 140-year-old, former barn) is furnished with a lot of love for detail (a highlight were e.g. two fresh bouquets on the tables) and has a unique charisma. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook deliciously. You can get fresh eggs from the stable and watch and pet animals (dog, cat, sheep, chickens, turkey) and explore the beautiful Skåne from the property. The beach can be reached in about 5-7 minutes by car, a supermarket can also be reached during this time. Our children and we enjoyed it there very much and we felt completely comfortable. We will be happy to come back. :)

Amazingly beautiful and spacious house with all that you might ever need. Everything is very well designed and practical. Well done with balancing modernity with Swedish designs. Hosts are super fruendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place!
