Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance level offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in connecting room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for residents in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. The owner of the house will take you, if possible happy on a guided tour of the medieval city center. Access to barbecue, charging box and bicycles. There are zoo, Tosseilla Sommarland, Copenhagen, Bornholm and national park within an hour's drive.

The accommodation is suitable for single or couples accommodation. On the ground floor there is an open living room overlooking the charming Vädergränd. Welcome to Skönadal with friends and family! The Villa is located next to a beautiful lake with a waterfall which flows into a stream that winds through a fairytale valley. If you take a walk along the fields in the rural landscape you get to Svarte. There you'll find a train station, a lovely sandy beach and a cozy beach cafe. Skönadal is close by Ystad och you can also visit lovely Österlen, Abbekås harbour, Mossbylund Spa, Ystad Zoo, Snogeholm's walking area and several beautiful castles.

The Water Tower's Garden Pavilion

In the park around Ystad's stately Old Water Tower is the garden pavilion. Here you live outside/inside life because the garden and the stone covered patio under the pergola are part of the space through the large glass sections. The pavilion is designed and decorated by interior designer Anna Åkerman where the whole and details have been put together for an extraordinary experience for the pavilion's guests.
