The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. At Stallgatan 12A, as central as it gets, you will find this beautiful timber-framed house with its own courtyard. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance floor offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

Ystad's famous sandy beach is only about 400 meters away and the way there is a joy to walk via winding forest paths. It only takes you about 10 minutes to walk into Ystad city center, train station and harbor. Stay in Ystad's most famous landmark, the Old Water Tower. An exciting apartment of 176 sqm on two floors with a view of Ystad. The building's history is well-preserved and combined with trendy industrial architecture and decor. On the 4th floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen, living room and toilet with shower. On the 5th floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a toilet and bathtub. The floors can be reached by elevator or spiral staircase. The apartment is newly renovated and the interior is mostly new - except for some antique details. We have focused on Swedish and Danish design, where the centerpiece is the dreamlike beds. You will find a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, exclusive coffee machine, kettle and tableware for two people. The bathroom is new!

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and a bathroom. The courtyard is lush and a small part is secluded for residents in the owners' smaller apartment. Access is available to free garage parking for one car. Sheets and towels are not included. Final cleaning available for purchase for SEK 1000.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.
