Vacation rentals in Gaeta

La Bougainville was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100% accurate. The house was spacious well kept and beautifully decorated. The main floor had a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a sitting area overlooking the sea & town, a gorgeous patio with the same view. The second floor had 3 BRs & 2 baths; 1 queen, 1 twin & a 3rd with 2 twins together with more on 3rd floor. There is an apartment some stairs down from the patio with 1 BR which my daughter loved . The host & her son were extremely helpful in answering any & all questions. The very few concerns that we did were quickly addressed. A few things to be aware of:the house is on top of a hill & almost impossible to walk to by foot. We had to call car service every time we wanted to go anywhere. This was a minor inconvenience to us given the beauty of the house. The house is 100 years old so the amenities are not state of the art, but well maintained & in perfect working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Bougainville.

Best host ever! Gianmarco was really friendly and helpful with everything.He always made sure we got what we need.He also recommended us the best places to see in Gaeta. He responded immediately and kindly to all of requests. The apartment was just like the pictures and it was beautiful.Really clean and safe👍🏻 Also it is really close to the beach,supermarket,restaurants and bus stops,all within walking distance. Overall everything was amazing!

Best stay, location, and host ever!!! Absolute 5 stars! I stayed in the top floor, 1 room apartment w the roof deck. Michele warned me the room was small, and it was, but it had everything I needed and such thoughtful touches - it was perfect for one person! I spent most of my time on the beautiful roof! The bathroom was very nice and the shower is a larger comfortable size. Everything was impeccably clean! The toaster oven was great for reheating. A/c works great. Loved the washer. The location is so convenient and central to everything. Michele met me at the parking lot, gave me a parking pass, walked me to the house, & carried my large suitcase up all 4 flights of stairs (my hero!!) Before & during my trip he gave me lots of helpful tips & information. I followed most of them & it made for a great trip! I felt like I had a great resource and friend with me at all times. Seriously one of the best hosts ever!! I can’t recommend him and his apartment enough.

L’appartamento ha un’energia ed un fascino fuori dal comune. La vista sul mare é sfarzosa. Ci si sente a casa, circondati da tanta bellezza. Luca é un host d’eccezione, presente e proattivo. Il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi.

Appartamentino splendido con bellissime decorazioni marine. Si trova in una via magari poco intuibile per l'accesso al primo check-in ma grazie alle indicazioni del Host Mirko molto più facile da trovare. Di fronte c'è un palazzo in ristrutturazione ma durante tutto il soggiorno non ci sono stati lavori quindi nessun problema riguardante rumori molesti. Trovandosi a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ci è stato molto comodo spostarsi a piedi nonostante avessimo un automobile. Consiglierei molto alle giovani coppie che vogliono passare un buon soggiorno nella splendida cornice di Gaeta.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

It is an amazing place - so highly recommended! Terrace is a gem and has a million dollar view. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, thought-through and has a soul – the host created it with love and affection. We are a family of 3; each of us had their own bathrooms in bedrooms and comfortable beds. Numerous books on Gaeta on the shelves show how respectful to the city the owner is. Gaeta is a charming small town off the beaten touristic tracks. Property is located on the hill in the old town. It has numerous accesses but the quickest is by foot by staircases up high on top - around 10 mins. There is nearly no way you can pick up the suitcases this way – so the car is needed – but this area is with traffic limitations and from 9pm to 5am the cars without special permissions are not allowed. So the only challenge which needs to be solved is accessibility to the property by car and finding spare parking lots – as every day we had to park 40 mins away for a daily rate of EUR15.
