Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! Maladers is the sunniest village in Grisons… Discover the Hochwang ski resort, which is 20 minutes away from the house, and enjoy the winter landscape there without stress. By the way, it is the perfect local mountain for ski tours for experienced as well as beginners. Hochwang is also a hotspot for snowkiting. In 30 minutes, you can be in the Arosa ski resort or in the Lenzerheide ski resort, which are connected with 225 km of slopes! Mountain summer: hiking and biking. The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

Cozy 20 m² studio for families & mountain lovers. Children welcome – playground right outside the door, yet quiet. In a few minutes by lift in the city. Top for summer & winter: hiking, biking, skiing and excursions to Brambrüesch (20 min. walk), Lenzerheide (20 min. bus), Arosa or Laax. Important notes: no private parking (public in 5–10 min.), approx. 20 steps (not wheelchair accessible). CO2-reduced accommodation (100% biogas and 100% solar power)

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Reservation for a minimum of three paying persons.
