Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Funchal

Perfect space for our party of 5, the view was lovely and location was peaceful. Communication was prompt and friendly. So kind would definitely recommend.

Very well-decorated accommodation that matches the photos. Hosts are extremely responsive and caring. If you have a comment, you can be sure they will do their best to resolve it. Small downside on the kennel which is certainly across the valley because the dogs bark. But it remains occasional about 3-4 times a day for 10 min, it's not continuous (at feeding time?). There are also a lot of bugs that come every day (centipedes and we had a few cockroaches). The apartment was however very clean when we arrived. I think they're getting in because there's a gap between the doors and the floor. A seal might help. But it's easy to put outside with a scraper and it's the countryside, it's understandable. Apart from these minor drawbacks, we loved our accommodation and recommend it, hence the 5 stars!

It was a very pleasant stay, the views were amazing. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. The whole house was really well equipped, there was everything you needed. The host was very kind. One thing, but rather related to Madeira itself, that little caterpillars were walking into the house. Other than that the stay was amazing.

A nice and clean apartment with a very nice view - we had a great stay :) Tip: approach the road to the house from above, as it is very steep and narrow - the parking lot is not for large cars😉

One of my absolute favorite stays, the house is stunning!!

The place was super clean and had a great view from the terrace and balconies from the bedrooms! We were 5 people and we had a lot of space to be around the house. Great for families! Andreia was super nice with us, gave clear instructions and some tips of things to do in Madeira. For this house I highly regiment to have a car, otherwise can be a bit tricky to go somewhere. The closest village is ribeira brava which is good to do groceries or restaurants etc by car. Overall we had great time in Madeira!

We had an amazing time at this accommodation in Paul do Mar! The house was absolutely fantastic and had everything you could possibly need — from an iron, ironing board, and washing machine to a hairdryer and more. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and the barbecue. The little terrace upstairs was perfect for relaxing, and you can enjoy the sun there until after 6 PM! The house was spotless and ideally located. Paul do Mar is peaceful but still close to everything you might need, especially if you have a rental car. The host, Ângelo, was very flexible and always reachable via Whtapp , which made everything super easy. We would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone!

For anyone who wants a secluded beautiful home with amazing views look no further. This house is even better than described and so well equipped. We loved every moment and Fillip was a wonderful host, who was there to meet us and provide helpful recommendations. We ate at his fantastic restaurant and it was wonderful too. We were also very appreciative of the welcome gifts. A wonderful holiday in a beautiful area and amazing home.

Property matched the description, the balcony with its ocean view and hot tub was the highlight. Pedro was very responsive. Close proximity to the city centre via taxi or a downhill walk and there is also a bus stop next door. We had a great stay!

The house exceeded our expectations. It is very modern and the pictures online illustrated the property perfectly. The location was perfect for us - located within a couple of minutes walk from a levada. It was so quiet and peaceful with lovely views from the upstairs patio. The property was very well equipped with everything you could need. Although it seems quite isolated it is only a ten minute drive to Calheta with lots of bars and restaurants. Fernando and Nelia were very accommodating hosts and were very generous in leaving fruit, eggs and other treats for us on arrival. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi which was very welcome after a hard days walking. We highly recommend this property.

Leonel’s home was beautiful and exactly as pictures. Leonel met us at the property and shared lots about the area and had wonderful recommendations. The house had lots of space for 2 or a family and it is very close to lots of beautiful activities. We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay. As other reviews noted, the drive entrance can be a little challenging, but it’s well worth it for the unit. My only suggestion would be to update the listing to note that the pool/jacuzzi are not heated. The host communication was great and they advised that it could be heated for 25 euro/day and it would take almost a full day to heat. We might have reconsidered booking here if this was noted as we were looking forward to a heated jacuzzi. Otherwise, this was a fantastic stay and I highly recommended. Location is great, very clean and modern comfortable furnishings. A+

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Madeira—far beyond my expectations! The view was absolutely breathtaking, even better than the pictures. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very homely. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly responsive both before and during my stay. The location is perfect—close to the airport and offering a stunning view over the city. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Very nice new villa in a quiet, well designed, spacious and well decorated area, with a great view, swimming pool and jacuzzi). The contact before and during the stay was very good, and the host was responsive via phone messaging even for last-minute questions (like a restaurant tip). We were able to give our arrival time and someone was there to explain everything clearly (in English) and introduce us to the accommodation. A well-stocked basket of products is offered at check-in. Everything was clean and tidy, the bedrooms each have their own dressing room and shower room, the laundry room is fully equipped to do laundry and cleaning if necessary (with laundry detergent) and the kitchen also with many accessories and dishes, as well as a dishwasher (with product). A guide explains how devices work (which are not necessarily easy to understand otherwise). So a very good and beautiful place for a family stay!

My friends and I loved this place! The hot tub is great and the view is beautiful. It’s very peaceful and fairly close to the main town of ponta da sol and central to get around the island. One thing to keep in mind is the hill getting up to the bnb is quite steep without railing so make sure you have a steady car that can handle it.
