Hello! We are Sonia, Elio and our daughter Beatriz. Our goal is to make your vacation unforgettable!! Welcome to our home!! The "Casinha da Beatriz" is located in Santana, land of typical houses, ex-libris and tourist poster of the island of Madeira. They were houses composed of an attic, where agricultural products were kept, and a ground floor with the living area. We rebuilt one of these typical "little houses," dating back to 1950, with all the comforts of today. It overlooks the sea/mountains.

The exterior of the house is showcased with a terracotta roof and a light-colored façade. The entrance is framed by neatly painted trim. A view of the ocean and cruise ships can be seen in the background under a clear blue sky.

A beautiful and spacious house to enjoy your holiday in Madeira. From the private pool & BBQ terrace there are breathtaking ocean views over the bay of Funchal. The Botanical Gardens are 10 mins walk away and there is a bus stop 30 seconds away, taking 5mins to the centre. 3 mins walk away there is a restaurant, Sesamo bakery & mini supermarkets. The Aerobus stop is also a few minutes walk away. Not suitable for children under 12 years and no pets. Construction work is happening in the area.

A spacious living area features a comfortable sectional sofa and a large rug on the floor. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide unobstructed views of the sea. Two woven light fixtures hang from the ceiling, enhancing the bright atmosphere.

Newly renovated quiet 2 bedroomed house with fantastic panoramic views over the sea and Funchal harbour. This comfortable, light contemporary home opens through a wall of glass to a private south facing terrace with loungers and comfortable dining area under a tiled canopy. Cruise ships waft past the terrace, by night lit like Manhatten. Tiny squid fishing boats bob just offshore with their hanging lights. You can watch the boats come and go in the harbour which looks fabulous by night.
