Hello! We are Sonia, Elio and our daughter Beatriz. Our goal is to make your vacation unforgettable!! Welcome to our home!! The "Casinha da Beatriz" is located in Santana, land of typical houses, ex-libris and tourist poster of the island of Madeira. They were houses composed of an attic, where agricultural products were kept, and a ground floor with the living area. We rebuilt one of these typical "little houses," dating back to 1950, with all the comforts of today. It overlooks the sea/mountains.

Place In The Sun

A beautiful and spacious house to enjoy your holiday in Madeira. From the private pool & BBQ terrace there are breathtaking ocean views over the bay of Funchal. The Botanical Gardens are 10 mins walk away and there is a bus stop 30 seconds away, taking 5mins to the centre. 3 mins walk away there is a restaurant, Sesamo bakery & mini supermarkets. The Aerobus stop is also a few minutes walk away. Not suitable for children under 12 years and no pets. Construction work is happening in the area.

"Just Nature 1" Madeira Island -Boaventura

"Just nature 1" is located in Boaventura-S. Vicente An ideal place for walking wrapped in protected Laurisilva, where the only sound you can hear is the sound of the birds! Absorb the amazing views of the northen part of Madeira island, and meet the insides of the Laurissilva by going on walk in "Levada da Origem", located at 100 meters from the house. Near the house there is also a minimarket, where you can meet Mr. José, ask for the local drink, and get to know a bit more about Boaventura.

The View, Funchal

Newly renovated quiet 2 bedroomed house with fantastic panoramic views over the sea and Funchal harbour. This comfortable, light contemporary home opens through a wall of glass to a private south facing terrace with loungers and comfortable dining area under a tiled canopy. Cruise ships waft past the terrace, by night lit like Manhatten. Tiny squid fishing boats bob just offshore with their hanging lights. You can watch the boats come and go in the harbour which looks fabulous by night.

With 140 m², it has space for four guests, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living area with panoramic windows, and a modern kitchen with a traditional oven. Three terraces on different levels provide outdoor space and views. The interior combines modern design with Madeiran details. Hiking trails start right at the house, shops and the beach are close by.

Quiet residential area with good access. 5 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants and in a great location for exploring the island. A modern house with a heated saltwater pool (for a fee), good areas, barbecue, solarium area, garden with aromatic herbs, gym and parking. The entire house is air-conditioned and has a kitchen equipped to celebrate great moments.

Marcellino Pane e Vino is a recent project, duly prepared and equipped to welcome our future guests. The outdoor area of this space offers all the privacy necessary to enjoy the good weather and the view that covers the slopes and the entire coast from Câmara de Lobos to the famous beach "Praia Formosa" and the natural pools known as Doca do Cavacas.
