As a general rule, we cook the rice on-site, using the highest-quality shari (short-grain rice), and serve the sushi freshly made right in front of the customer, piece by piece. Please be sure to let us know in advance if the venue does not have kitchen facilities, dishes, etc. In such cases, there may be some dishes that we are unable to serve. In addition to the areas listed, I am also available for business trips to more distant locations such as Karuizawa and Izu. In such cases, there may be an additional travel fee, so please discuss this with us when you book.
