Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Frosinone

Lacopo place was excellent very tasefully decorated , very hip looking , he spent over an hour when I got to his place to tell me about the home and neighborhood , very genuine and good communicaitons skills , had a small issue with not know something in the house and he repsonded right away and fix the situation. this is one of the nicest place for the value , and very close to the mass transit options for travel .. Highly reccomend It!

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

Stefano met us in person during check-in, and we felt his warm hospitality from the beginning. He is patient and very helpful, gave us guides to nearby supermarkets, great food and great gelato. Furthermore, everything is walking distance away. Stefano and Alessia's place is really conveniently located, and we enjoyed the accessibility even to the city center of Rome. We really appreciate Stefano's proactive hospitality and always sharing with us that he's a message away.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. Rome like home was a perfect location being close to the train station. We were able to drop our bags off and go. She was very helpful with all our questions. The place is actually nicer than the photos. I would most definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

I booked Stefano’s apartment as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday, as neither of us had visited Rome before! Stefano was an amazing host, he decorated the apartment beautifully and even left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate which was so so kind of him. He gave some great recommendations of places we should visit and was so responsive throughout our whole trip! The location of the apartment is amazing you can see the colosseum outside of the bedroom window, the place was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful with modern decor throughout, it was even better than I could have imagined and even better than the photos, which I didn’t think would be possible. We are already planning our next visit to Rome next year and we will definitely be staying at Stefano’s place again! I would recommend to anyone to book. Stefano thank you so much for making our first trip to Rome so amazing!!

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

Calcata alleine ist die Reise wert. Das Spa von Christian ist eine Oase der Entspannung. Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und waren trotz der Fotos wahnsinnig überrascht, wie schön diese Unterkunft ist. Wir können es absolut empfehlen.

Soggiorno impeccabile. Veramente una casa che è piccola ma ben tenuta e con tutti i comfort necessari. Una cosa un pelino scomoda, ma ci si adatta, è il bagno che per una persona sopra al 1.70m è piccino. Per il resto veramente tutto curato nei dettagli. Facile da raggiungere, comodo il parcheggio. Appartamento caldo e ben strutturato. Un grazi all’host Serena che è stata veramente cortese, disponibile e sempre reattiva ad ogni messaggio. Sicuramente torneremo!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Great location! Close to the colosseum and metro for going to Vatican museums. Looks like the pictures and we appreciated the biscuits/tea. This home has a lot of character and a quirky vibe which we liked! Also the cat outside was super cute! 😊

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. This home is located in the historic center of Frascati which is a nice quiet (mostly except for holiday weekend nights) town in the hills at the end of a regional rail line that can take you into the center of Rome in a half an hour. It is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars and is quite walkable. The home is on two levels with the bedrooms upstairs and the sitting/dining room and kitchen on the lower level. The walking space around the double bed could be larger, but was enough to get in and out of the bed. Though we experienced a weather-related internet outage for a day and a half, our hosts worked hard to try to get it resolved - ultimately bringing in an access point from a different provider that resolved the issue. The kitchen was well supplied and we had everything we needed for preparing our own meals when we wanted to during our visit. We would definitely come back again.

Fabrizio is an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival. The air bnb was beautiful and in a great, walkable location!

Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

Appartement très bien situé, notamment pour ce qui est des transports en commun : bus, tram, métro. On est dans le centre en moins d une demi heure. De plus accès direct a l aeroport par le train regional dont la gare Ostiense est a 10 mn a pied. Supermarché très pratique quasiment au pied de l immeuble, ce qui est bien appréciable egalement. S il y avait un seul point négatif ce serait le bruit, non dans l immeuble mais autour. Ceci dit on s y habitue et ce n estvpas vraiment genant . L appartement est agreable, bien équipé. De petites attentions, comme les produits d hygiene qui sont fournis, des bouteilles d eau fraiche au frigo a notre arrivee... Livia a été très reactive, nous a laissé entrer dès que le menage a été terminé, et surtout rester le jour du depart plus longtemps, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de notre derniere matinee sans nos bagages... Merci pour tout et bonne continuation.

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Italia’s place was perfect!!! She sent a link to video directions on checking in which made the entire process easy. Once inside the apartment there was everything you could need. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made traveling with a group of 3 very comfortable. There was a great coffee shop across the street and we could walk to Vatican City, a metro station and a taxi stand which made seeing the sights of Rome so easy!!! Italia, herself, was truly a super host. She replied to any questions within minutes and even helped us arrange transportation from her place to the cruise port. We were there from Monday to Friday but would have loved to stay longer. All and all an excellent ecperience!!

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
