Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Frosinone

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

Stefano met us in person during check-in, and we felt his warm hospitality from the beginning. He is patient and very helpful, gave us guides to nearby supermarkets, great food and great gelato. Furthermore, everything is walking distance away. Stefano and Alessia's place is really conveniently located, and we enjoyed the accessibility even to the city center of Rome. We really appreciate Stefano's proactive hospitality and always sharing with us that he's a message away.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! I booked Stefano’s apartment as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday, as neither of us had visited Rome before! Stefano was an amazing host, he decorated the apartment beautifully and even left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate which was so so kind of him. He gave some great recommendations of places we should visit and was so responsive throughout our whole trip! The location of the apartment is amazing you can see the colosseum outside of the bedroom window, the place was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful with modern decor throughout, it was even better than I could have imagined and even better than the photos, which I didn’t think would be possible. We are already planning our next visit to Rome next year and we will definitely be staying at Stefano’s place again! I would recommend to anyone to book. Stefano thank you so much for making our first trip to Rome so amazing!!

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cosy apartment with real fire

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

What an amazing and magical place. Extremely recommended.

Impeccable stay. Really a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One slightly uncomfortable thing, but you get used to it, is the bathroom that is small for a person over 1.70m. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. Easy to reach, convenient parking. Warm and well-structured apartment. Thanks to the host Serena who was really courteous, helpful and always responsive to every message. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay in Rome for a family. The property was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. Flaviana was so helpful and accommodated our every request.

Really nice garden flat in a great location. Walkable to the local area with loads of restaurants and bars etc but also only 30mins walk to some of the main sights of Rome. Tram stop nearby too which was really useful.

Great location! Close to the colosseum and metro for going to Vatican museums. Looks like the pictures and we appreciated the biscuits/tea. This home has a lot of character and a quirky vibe which we liked! Also the cat outside was super cute! 😊

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

Such a gem! Great location! Walkable to the Colosseum, resturants, bars, parks, etc. The building is beautiful and safe. The apartment is just as described and will feel like your home away from home. The hosts are amazing and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Italia’s place was perfect!!! She sent a link to video directions on checking in which made the entire process easy. Once inside the apartment there was everything you could need. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made traveling with a group of 3 very comfortable. There was a great coffee shop across the street and we could walk to Vatican City, a metro station and a taxi stand which made seeing the sights of Rome so easy!!! Italia, herself, was truly a super host. She replied to any questions within minutes and even helped us arrange transportation from her place to the cruise port. We were there from Monday to Friday but would have loved to stay longer. All and all an excellent ecperience!!
