The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Super Tiny House. The small but cozy and tasteful apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Super great, modern and clean. Everything you need is in the smallest space. Small signs on every corner, on the walls, explain to you how to use things and what is available. Great idea. Never seen it like this before. The kitchen looks brand new and we used it often, always in the morning and in the evening now and then, everything is available for cooking. The location is very central, we could reach everything on foot (bakery, supermarket, restaurant, etc.). There is a parking next to the house. We had nothing to complain about in the small apartment. We highly recommend Casa Cozy!

We had a great stay in this apartment at the end of May 2025. It was very clean, top notch standard, equipped with everything we needed. The view from the windows is fantastic!

The apartment has a wonderful balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. We were impressed by the sunrise in the morning. We were also very pleased with the windows installed in the roof, through which you can see the stars at night. There are ski resorts and a center for renting ski and snowboard equipment nearby. The apartment is cute and cozy. We felt like home and celebrated the New Year 2025 in an amazing place. Thank you!

We were kindly welcomed by Judith and loved our stay during the winter sports holiday. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained. The shower was pleasant after a day on the slopes. A real feel-good place and highly recommended! From the first minute, I felt at home here. Dietmar, the host, is incredibly warm and attentive – you can immediately feel that he really cares about the well-being of the guests. The interaction was so friendly and personal that you couldn't help but feel comfortable. The room was new, lovingly decorated with lots of wood and super clean. The food was also a real highlight: freshly prepared and simply really delicious! The accommodation is quiet, ideal for switching off, and yet you can quickly reach the village with nice cafes, restaurants and shopping. Parking was absolutely uncomplicated. The surroundings are also fantastic – there are many beautiful hikes right outside the front door. I highly recommend this place and the accommodation and will be happy to come back!
