The location of the place is great. In 5-10 minutes' walk, you can be in the old town and at the lake. The apartment is very nice, modern and the space in the attic is optimally used. Communication with Ines was consistently positive, answers before and on departure were very quick. We were very warmly welcomed and felt completely comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay at Niklas’ Airbnb. The views are fantastic of the lake and easy access to get to. Parking and instructions were clear and the apartment was clean and spacious and lots of room on the balcony to enjoy the views. The location itself is quiet and peaceful. Lots to do near by and Niklas is quick to answer questions and help us locally discover the best spots. I’d stay again.

Kathrin and her husband are wonderful people. They were very friendly and sweet. It is a quiet area with very clean air. We stayed with Kathrin for a month and can say that we felt at home. The only thing that was less pleasant was the internet connection, which was quite weak but still worked. I recommend with the utmost confidence.

We had a wonderful stay! The lodging was very comfortable—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the off-street parking, which made things super convenient. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the lake and a nearby playground, which was ideal for our family. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the great accommodation and the smooth service. Ralph was always reachable. The location is absolutely great and you can reach the promenade in a few minutes. Very recommended.

We were actually only at the property to sleep. But you felt right at home. The place is a bit outside the center, but this was deliberately chosen by us. Therefore, also recommended.

We spent a nice weekend in Kathrin's stylishly furnished and well-equipped apartment in a quiet environment. Highlights are also the great terrace and the beautiful garden. Communication was straightforward and Kathrin responded immediately to concerns. With the Bodensee card, we were able to take the bus (stop Kluftern Rathaus, about 5 minutes from the apartment) to the lake without buying tickets. We highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you! Beautiful, small apartment in Immenstaad with sauna and fully equipped kitchen. The host gives valuable excursion tips about the area. The shore of Lake Constance is only about 100 m away on foot, we were stand-up paddles, that was perfect :)

The small terrace with the garden and the view is a dream! The location is great and is perfect for excursions. Thanks also for the always fast communication! Staying with Jürgen and his wife was really wonderful. The two are super friendly and the apartment was so clean that you felt mega comfortable right away. Everything went well and the communication was very straightforward.

super nice place in such a central location, we were super thrilled to be close to the lake shore and harbor and had a nice time. Place has nice amenities and a full kitchen, washing machine and cozy living room. Second bedroom has two chairs that fold out into mattresses, best for children as they end up low to the ground, shorter than an actual bed and not entirely flat. paid parking on the street (as is the case all over the city) we recommend using the easypark app for convenience

We felt very comfortable. Central quiet location. Very well equipped and very clean. My only criticism is that you can't darken the bedrooms well.

Very nice location of the apartment. A real eye-catcher in both directions. If we were unclear, we were able to contact Stella directly. She helped us a lot and offered us a very nice stay. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly decorated and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We found the fair prices of the mini-bar to be particularly positive – a great addition! Of course, because the hot tub and sauna too. The contact was friendly and straightforward. I'm sure we'll be back! Best regards

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

it was great to stay on the real farm!

We used the place for a weekend away with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation. For four people, it is a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you stay outside more than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. Thank you for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others
