Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Our apartment is modernly furnished in the style of the forest and equipped to a high standard. The spacious living room has a bay window with built-in, cozy corner bench, spacious upholstered corner, smart LED 55" TV and a fireplace light. The kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic range and fridge-freezer combination is fully equipped. The two separate bedrooms have high-quality box-spring double beds and in the bathroom you will find a freestanding bathtub.

From the balcony you have a direct view of the three armchair. The walk and bike path starts right in front of the house. Note: Not suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers. Less suitable for children under 6 for several days, but perfect as a stopover. City tax included.
