Vacation rentals with a pool in Freyung-Grafenau

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

I knew this was going to be a unique experience stayed in a historic home, but I didn't realize how comfortable and relaxing it would be. The home is so quiet and has all the modern conveniences integrated in a subtle way such that it does not ruin the ambience. Carmen and her daughter Melissa were so welcoming and hospitable. They not only helped us find good places to eat and experience nature, but they helped us find our ancestors in the local villages. This is next level hospitality. My only regret is that I didn't stay here longer!

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! Very steep staircase to the bedrooms as the only "drawback", but it didn't matter to us. Uncomplicated and cooperative approach. Enjoyed it very much. Plenty of space for our wet tournament clothes and a cool pool after hot days. The rooster crows in front of the house, but if you don't want that, you might be better off on a city vacation. Anytime again.

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

Beautiful, cozily furnished farmhouse. Quiet location with great views. Amenities as specified, there was nothing missing. Gerlinde was very friendly and accommodating. We even got firewood for the cold days. Glad to come back, possibly in summer with the pool.

The "Oasis of Peace" definitely lives up to it's name! I had a relaxing stay here enjoying the beautiful guesthouse and the peaceful countryside surroundings. The unique architecture of the apartment is really something special! The 3 saunas and 2 pools at the adjoining hotel were a great bonus as well. I visited without a car, and was able to get around with the bus, but a car is definitely better to have for access to restaurants and groceries. However, the surroundings are great for walks and the views are beautiful. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a restful stay!

As a family with 2 kids (3 and 5 y ) we had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything looks new and all you need is present. The garden is ideal with a refreshing swimming pool and toys for the kids - we even made hotdogs on the little campfire spot :-) . Marcela was quick in her responses and helpful. The region offers many activities on the lake and it is close to other highlights (Sumava national park, Cesky Krumlov,...). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families!

A spacious and pleasant apartment, with a large garden and roof terrace (shared). The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. Michaela is super attentive and resolves issues quickly.

The place is great! The maximum you can do with an attic apartment. Everything was great, smelled of cleanliness and detergent (detergent almost too strong). The host described everything well and in a timely manner and gave some recommendations. There was also nothing wrong with the accessibility. So I'd come back anytime. Clear recommendation. The room was very conveniently furnished, and we had plenty of space with 2 adults and a toddler. You can practically take the elevator from the apartment to the swimming pool, which is also very pleasant. Cleanliness, amenities… all good. It was great that we were allowed to enter the apartment an hour earlier and then check out later. This made it very relaxed. We can absolutely recommend the host and the apartment.

We liked it in Jenny's apartment and felt very comfortable there. We also liked the area very much, as there were some hikes that you could start right outside the front door.

Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!

A super renovated apartment in the Predigtstuhlresort with direct proximity to the sauna/swimming pool, so you hardly need the shower. A fully equipped kitchen as well as a pull-out sofa and a super comfortable bed gave us a relaxed extended weekend in the apartment. The apartment is highly recommended because of the location in the resort. Clear and fast communication made it easy to check in and out. Overall, we were very satisfied as a family with a toddler and are considering stopping by again.
