If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Here you can expect a stay full of peace, relaxation or action in the heart of the Bavarian Forest! The holiday apartment is located on a mountain at the edge of the forest in the three-country corner town of Freyung, right in the middle of a ski, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by hiking trails, trails, ski slopes and cross-country ski tracks. Free parking in the allocated space in front of the building entrance. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.

Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Our special apartment is 100 square meters and furnished in the style of the forest. The spacious living-dining room with bay window, fireplace light and smart LED TV offers direct access to the sun terrace and a private garden. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. The bar area invites you to linger. You sleep in a cozy box spring double bed. A special highlight is the floor-level shower and the freestanding bathtub in the stylishly furnished bathroom.

Experience a relaxing break in this charming apartment in Obernzell, a short drive from Passau, with breathtaking views of the Danube and the surrounding mountains. Your cozy home consists of a stylishly furnished room with a very comfortable double bed and an optional sofa bed that can accommodate another person. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable time. We look forward to seeing you!

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partially furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship post office from 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. The Danube cycle path leads past the house. In addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to cross to Austria by ferry or to travel to Linz or Passau by steamer.
