Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

The holiday apartment is located on a mountain at the edge of the forest in the three-country corner town of Freyung, right in the middle of a ski, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by hiking trails, trails, ski slopes and cross-country ski tracks. The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Our 120sqm holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house on the 1st floor with a beautiful, approx. 40sqm terrace and is for exclusive use. The open-plan kitchen with dining area and modern living area offers space for up to 6 people. The terrace with lounge furniture, garden barbecue (charcoal available) and heated inflatable whirlpool invites you to relax. All 3 bedrooms each have a box-spring bed. Bed linen, bathrobes, hand and bath towels are provided.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
