Our cozy ground-floor apartment is located on a quiet side street in the district 'Franckviertel '. Having two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to five people (two double beds + one person on the sofa bed). Easy access by public transportation (10 minutes to the main station). The Design Center, the University of Applied Sciences, the market Südbahnhofmarkt and the Kepler University Hospital are within a walking distance. Free, unrestricted parking is available along the street.

The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. The apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has two balconies to a quiet courtyard and a terrace overlooking the city. Large glazing floods the apartment with plenty of light.
