Modern villa with hot tub and home theater

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice.
